How will it arrive?
Prints sized A5, A4 & A3 are printed onto sustainably sourced, thick 300gsm beautiful linen style card stock, packaged inside a protective cello sleeve & shipped inside a rigid cardboard mailer.
A2 sized prints are printed onto a luxurious matte stock 300gsm card stock, rolled and shipped in a rigid cardboard box.
Framed artworks will be professionally packed and shipped by our framing partners. With over 30 years of experience, you can rest assured knowing they are experts in not only making frames but shipping them too.
When will my order arrive?
Our professionally framed art prints are framed, packed and shipped directly to you by our trusted framing experts in Sydney, Australia.
Allow 5-15 business days to complete + shipping. They are usually on the speedier side but occasionally during peak seasons can take 3 weeks to make.
If you order other items from our store, they will arrive separately.
How do returns work?
Please make your selection carefully (refer to size guide) and ensure you check your digital proof thoroughly. We are unable to accept refunds on change of mind for customised items.
