The festive season is a busy time of year, and we want to ensure your gifts and goodies arrive in time for Christmas. Please note that our goal turnaround time is to pack and dispatch your order on the same or next business day. To avoid disappointment, please allocate this time in addition to the postage deadlines below.

To help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, if any items are missing, we’ll get in touch via email. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, we may ship your order with a similar replacement. If we don’t have a suitable alternative, we’ll issue a refund for the missing items instead.

Same & Next Day Despatch Available
We aim to post all orders same or next business day. However, during busy sale periods, shipping may take a couple of extra days. To guarantee same or next day despatch upgrade to our 'Priority Express' option.
Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 2–8 business days.
Most metro areas: 2–5 business days.
Most rural addresses: 6+ business days.
Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
Most metro areas: 1–2 business days.
Most rural addresses: 2–3 business days.
These are all tracked services with a tracking number emailed upon dispatch. Sent via Australia Post or trusted couriers based on the fastest, most economical route. Contact us to arrange authority to leave or a signature.
International Shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order value. All orders include tracking and are shipped via Australia Post, transferring to your local postal service. Contact us for further details.
Free In-Store Pickup
- Add items to your cart.
- Select 'Pick Up' under 'Delivery Method' during checkout.
- Complete payment online.
- Wait for an email notification confirming your order is ready (this is separate from your order confirmation).
Avoid using 'express checkout' options like ShopPay to ensure the pick-up option appears. Orders not collected within 30 business days will be refunded if we’re unable to get in touch with you.
