Letters are used exclusively for tiny packages such as cards or items weighing less than 100grams. Letters are sent in an envelope with stamps and do not have tracking numbers.
We take great pride in packaging and delivering our parcels with care and love. We use bubble wrap and paper to ensure your order arrives safely and in one piece!
- A parcel is classified as an order that weighs more than 100grams.
- All parcels are shipped in satchel bags depending on weight/size of the order.
- All parcels are sent with a tracking number and you will receive this via email once we have shipped your order.
- We primarily use Australia Post.
If you are not home when your parcel is due for delivery, a collection card will be left with details of the available collection point.
A note on sheet wrap: Sheet wrap is slightly more expensive to post as we need to send it flat and so we've chosen to post sheet wrap in a tube.
We aim to have your parcel in the mail and on it's way to you within the hour but packaging can take up to 48hours.
While Australia Post is an exceptional service, occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to different reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and do not claim responsibility for these delays.
FREE INSTORE PICK UP (CLICK & COLLECT)
All orders have the option of free in-store click and collect. Orders can be collected from our Westfield Kotara store or The Junction Store, Shop 20, 200 Union Street, The Junction NSW. Free Click & Collect is exclusively for those who can visit us instore and collect their items in person, please do not choose this option if you are unable to collect your items. If an order is placed with this option incorrectly, we will contact you directly to allow you to amend the shipping or cancel the order. A full refund will be given if we do not hear from you within 10 business days.
