Standard Tracked Service

All orders will be tracked and will receive a tracking number via email once despatched. This service includes 2-5 business days delivery to most* metro areas and 6+ business days for most* rural addresses. Sent via a range of our trusted couriers and Australia Post, based on the quickest and most economical options to your location. If you require authority to leave or a signature contact our team.

Our parcels are sent primarily with Australia Post, however we occasionally use a courier service if we believe it will improve the customer service experience or shipping time.
Free In-Store Pickup
Please read carefully as we have recently changed our click & collect option.
Due to growth in our online business we now no longer manage our online orders from our Newcastle Store. Online inventory is now separate to in-store inventory.
An even faster shipping option for our locals! Enjoy speedy local delivery in the Hunter Region. Our team use a variety of couriers and they will choose the fastest option available. As always, these parcels will be tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once despatched. Typically these parcels will be delivered by local courier services (1-2 business days).
Instructions:
1. Add all of your items to your cart.
2. Open your cart and click the 'Place Your Order' button.
3. On the next page, under 'Delivery Method', select 'Pick Up'.
4. Finish the check-out process and make payment online.
5. Keep an eye on your inbox, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up (seperate to your order confirmation).
Note: To access this option during check-out, avoid using 'express checkout' or 'shop pay'. These fast-tracked methods while handy, may default to your last shipping method instead of displaying the 'pick up' option.
This options is exclusively for those who can visit us in-store and collect their items in person. A full refund will be given if we do not hear from you within 30 business days.
2. Phone and Collect
If you are needing an item urgently, please call our Newcastle store to enquire if the stock item is available. If you'd to secure the stock & collect same day, you are welcome to call and pay over the phone and our team will gladly allocate the stock to be collected when you are available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is calculated at checkout on a spend basis
All orders are posted via Australia post which then transfers to the local shipping service in your country. All orders include tracking.

PACKAGING
Here at Honest Paper, we aim to be as environmentally friendly as we can, and we want your products to be protected properly and arrive to you in excellent condition! We do a lot of 'up-cycling' of boxes, use compostable mailers, degradable bubble wrap (when needed) and biodegradable tissue to fill packages. All of our paper is recyclable and we are always working on better ways to package with the environment in mind.
*Please note that all shipping times are approximates only, and while our team and the trusty postal people will do their best to get your parcels to you in time, these time frames may vary according to rural postal routes, postal service disruptions, and the occurrence of natural disasters, states of emergency etc.
