We are unable to accept refunds on 'change of mind', however in some circumstances we can offer exchange on items* that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please choose your items carefully, being a small business it is difficult for us to undergo exchanges.
*Please note dated items (diaries, calendars) are only available for exchange until the end of January of that year.
1. Exchange for Online Orders
If you have purchased online and would like to exchange for something else we only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.
2. Exchange for Items Purchased In-Store
Visit in-store with your item/s and proof of purchase (a printed or digital receipt - includes gift receipts) and see our team to enquire about exchanging your item/s.
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 2 hours of placing your order to avoid any packaging waste and shipping costs.
If you've been sent the wrong item or something isn't quite right* please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
*Damaged or defective purchases must be reported within five days of receipt.

When you purchase products from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we store the personal information you provide us including your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With relation to Email Marketing, with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
