Please note: Invitations do not come individually packaged, simply bundled & packaged neatly in a box for you to compile!
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event of a request for 'refund' immediately after purchase (this means before our team commences any design/print), refunds may be granted with a $2.00 deduction from the refund amount. This is simply to cover fees involved in the purchase & refund transactions.
Once design/print has commenced, or 'Instant-PDF' files have been purchased, a request for refund will not be accepted as result of 'change of mind'. It is the buyer responsibility to understand the product they are purchasing. Please carefully read our listing descriptions & store policies before purchasing from our store.
However, with adequate evidence of purchase such as a receipt, you may request a refund if an item has a 'major problem', I.e.
- The item is damaged or unsafe
- The product has been falsely advertised
- Functionally, it does not do what it said it would
If there is a problem with the product, and it is 'not major' (as described above) and not a 'change of mind', please contact us to discuss your options. I.e. If you approved a design that included a spelling error and require a re-print.
WHY THESE POLICIES EXIST
We firmly believe that each listing, paired with these additional policies & processes, provides adequate information to allow our wonderful buyers to make an informed purchase. In summary, in order to cover our costs as a 'small business', once design/printing has commenced, requests for refunds will not be accepted on 'change of mind' as a result of overlooking our clearly defined product descriptions, processes and store policies.
Please retain your proof of purchase & communications- e.g. your receipt, messages.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU PROVIDE PAPER SAMPLES?
While due to print minimums we are unable to offer customised samples, our store does offer a low-cost product called 'Stock/Paper Type Samples' (http://etsy.me/2lBo4ce). If you are unfamiliar with paper types & thicknesses we recommend purchasing this physical sample set or visiting your local office supplies store to gain a better understanding of your purchase.
1. BRILLIANT WHITE - LINEN TEXTURED - 300GSM
This beautiful card stock features a distinct 'linen style' texture, adding an element of softness and subtle ridges to the entire print (adding subtle texture to photographs included in the design etc.) A definite favourite for 'Wedding Invitations', however for ultra 'crisp' images this may not be the ideal stock.
2. WHITE - 100% RECYCLED - 300GSM
This uncoated, eco card stock has a cool white colour, natural feel and is one of our most ideal stock choices for printing clear images/photographs. Please note, all of our 'recycled' paper types, as a result of the recycling process, can include flecks and often subtle imperfections in the card stock- adding to that beautiful natural feeling.
3. BUFFALO BOARD - EXTRA THICK BROWN CARD - 332GSM
This rustic, extra thick card stock boasts a 'kraft-like' colour & texture. Being a vastly different style to our other paper types 'Buffalo Board' (non-typical) is printed only on weekends, therefore if selecting this stock allow for up to 5 additional business days for your order to be completed. Also, this unique card stock is only available on a selection of our designs as it has notable 'ink-absorption' properties. For example, designs with photographs are unable to be printed onto this card due to the fact that the stock absorbs a high percentage of the 'lightest' inks, resulting in lost details. At this point in time, white ink is not available on 'Buffalo Board'.

WILL I SEE A 'PROOF' OF MY DESIGN BEFORE PRINTING?
Once a design is 'approved' for printing it is the buyers responsibility to have notified us of any spelling/detail errors in the proofing process prior to sending their 'approval' or 'okay' to print. This process/policy exists for the buyers peace of mind, knowing that their custom designs will not be printed until confirmed by the buyer.
DO THESE DESIGNS USE METALLIC FOILING OR INK?
All listings, unless otherwise specified, are printed using only ink (not foil). The words 'silver', 'gold', 'rose gold', 'metallic' etc are in reference to our digital textures, that when printed produce a cost effective alternative to 'foiling'.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM QUANTITY?
Due to print minimums, qty's are set in increments of 25 (i.e. 25, 50, 75 etc). Keeping in mind, having a few extra handy for keepsakes, undeliverable's and little accidents/misplacements is always a good idea! However, envelope quantities are much more flexible!
