2. Before you order

We understand that placing an order online for event stationery can be a little scary! We've worked really hard to help take the stress out of this process by designing beautiful and simple event stationery, however there are a few things we suggest that YOU do before you places your order. If you are at all uncertain about the quality of our print or paper types, we strongly suggest you order a sample pack of previous prints so you can be sure of the product you are ordering.

3. Place Your Order
Add your chosen designs to your shopping cart, each design has matching pieces which you can add individually to create a suite. You may like to add matching envelopes too!

4. Submit Your Custom Wording
Upon payment of your order we will get in touch within 2 business days to collect your custom wording. We cannot begin designing your stationery until we have all of the wording and requirements.

5. Approve For Print or receive your custom PDF. 

You will receive a digital proof of your design within 3 business days of custom wording submission. You may optionally request a total of 2 rounds revisions to this design. If making multiple edits, list them by number and submit them in one single message to get the most out of each round. Revisions can take up to 3 business days to complete.

FOR PRINTED ORDERS: Once you've approved your designs via email we will send the files across to our printery. Printing typically takes 2-5 business days.

FOR PDF DIGITAL DOWNLOAD:   If you have opted for PDF digital download we will then send you print ready files.

6. Receive Your Beautiful Custom Designs!

Once we have received your printed designs back from our printery, we will get your order into the post quick smart and send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number. 

Please note that the despatch times on our listings are indicative only. For example if you require multiple revisions, the process will take longer, therefore setting back the despatch date. See our policies page for more information about how we ship: Shipping.
